Jean-Hugues Anglade http://www.jhanglade.com Website for my favorite actor. Can make any role believable and with charisma. Some of my favorite movies are, Les Menteurs, with Valeria Bruni Tedeschi, who is now another favorite, and 37.2 Le Matin, (Betty Blue) Les Menteurs is in French, but the acting and direction is so pheonominal, that you dont have to understand the language to understand the movie. I wish more of Jean-Hugues Anglade's movies were availble here in the US.
Wil Wheaton
I will be honest, I wasnt sure who Wil Wheaton was. I came across his site by accident, and have been reading it ever since. He is a great writer, makes you feel like you are there, observing what he is seeing, and is very interesting to read. What I like about his and Roger Avary's site is not only are the people who post very intelligent, but both Will Wheaton and Roger Avary comment as well, and are very actively involved with thier sites. (Not sure how they find the time, I certainly can't)
